I didn’t do this with it being a sample in mind, so it may not be very mix-friendly. The middle bit is probably what you want.

In the middle are layered melodic and chordy bass tracks, giving a very metallic but full sound to an interesting chord progression.

In the beginning and at the end are some quiet wah noodlings.
