A few days ago I had one of those days, dealing with unscrupulous/incompetent mechanics and fraudulent medical insurance claims. Left me that evening sitting angry and frustrated with the state of humanity. Then I thought – oh yeah – alchemy, let’s turn it into ‘art’. Well, noise anyway. Helped me to sleep and the next day I felt reset.
